About Extron
Extron Electronics was founded in 1983 on the core value of professional integrity with the ultimate goal of complete customer satisfaction. Since the inception of the RGB 100, the very first computer interface, the line of professional audio/video products has grown to include over 600 products including computer-video interfaces, switchers, matrix switchers, distribution amplifiers, scalers, scan converters, signal processing devices and high resolution cables. Extron products are used to “glue” together all types of presentations systems for todays hi-tech boardrooms, presentation/training centres, university lecture halls and other applications.
Extron products are engineered and manufactured at the Extron world headquarters in Anaheim, California USA. This facility also houses operations for sales, marketing, technical support, education and training. In addition to provide dedicated, full service support to customers worldwide, Extron has offices based in The Netherlands, Singapore, Japan, China. Dubai, Korea and India.
In June 2004, Extron’s manufacturing operations received ISO 9001:2000 certification, confirming that Extron’s processes and procedures conform to strict requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
