RGB Integration has implemented a policy for all out-of-warranty repairs that will make getting a repair price quick and painless. No longer will you need to wait for a price quote for your product's repair. We have streamlined the system and you will get a price and a return authorisation number immediately during your first phone call followed with an email confirmation.

RGB Integration has warranty programs covering parts and labor for all Extron products. Speakers are covered for five years parts and labor and all other products, except for cables which carry a limited lifetime warranty, are covered for three years parts and labor. When your Extron product falls out of warranty and needs some type of repair you can call a support representative and find out right away what the cost will be.

RGB Integration carry Extron's three- and five-year warranty policy, of course, do not include products that have suffered severe physical damage caused by mishandling. For example, a product that has been completely destroyed, i.e., run over by a forklift, would not be included in the warranty. If your Extron product experiences electrical, electronic, or switch problems, however, you are covered.

Three Year Parts & Labor Warranty
Extron Electronics warrants its powered products against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of invoice. Extron offers a five year parts and labor warranty for System INTEGRATOR® speakers. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, Extron will repair or replace a product to its original operating condition. To assure the highest level of service, a return Authorisation number must be obtained from RGB Integration before products are returned for service.

Lifetime Limited Cable Performance Warranty
Extron Electronics warrants that its cable products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you or your customer owns the cable. Each and every Extron cable is designed and engineered to meet and exceed performance specifications. If, at anytime, the cable fails due to manufacturer defect, Extron will repair or replace the cable to ensure that it meets original performance specifications. Reduced performance due to normal wear and tear, or damages caused by misuse or negligence will not be covered. RGB Integration will test and evaluate all cable products claimed defective. Cable products must be shipped to RGB Integration, prepaid along with proof of purchase ONLY after obtaining a Return Authorisation (RA) number from the RGB Integration Customer Support department. This statement of policy is in lieu of any other policy expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorised to assume any other liability or adopt any other policy for RGB Integration or Extron Electronics without our written consent.
