Training

Education and training are the cornerstones of Extron’s Commitment to Dealers and Audio Visual Professionals. To help these customers keep up with the accelerated pace of growth and change, Extron founded the S3 Technical Institute.

Since 2002 the Extron Institute On-the-Road program has been conducted around Australia to provide instructor-led training with practical demonstrations and discussions. Topics covered range from fundamental Audio and Visual concepts to the latest information on cutting edge technology. In addition we can offer customised training on demand, tailored to meet the specific objectives of Audio Visual Professionals.

The S3 Technical Institutes offer a variety of education and training services to help A/V Professionals keep up to date with developments in the Industry. These services include instructor led training, distance learning via video conferencing, and on-line interactive training via the web.

Our office in Notting Hill, Melbourne is home to Australia's first Extron S3 Technical Institute Training Room. This now forms the central hub for our National training focus and compliments Extron's International facilities located in the USA, Netherlands, Singapore, China, Dubai, Japan, France, United Kingdom, Germany and India. Purpose built and equipped to demonstrate the latest Extron products, developments and technologies the Australian Training Facility offers a permanent home for the increasing number of Extron Schools that are conducted in Australia each year and allow for more specialised classes.
